• Please include all relevant information in your outreach, including client, loan type, and dates for fittings, events/shoots, and returns

• Once selects have been emailed, our team will confirm availability based on the loan information provided and items requested

• NOTE: Wherever possible, loan requests should be sent at least three (3) days before call-in and/or fitting dates to provide time for availability checks, loan terms drafting and execution, shipment preparations, and shipment/messenger to the destination

All loans are required to adhere to our loan terms.

Loan terms include, but are not limited to:

• Agreed-upon loan purpose and duration

• No permanent alterations and only pre-approved temporary alterations (which must be reversed before returning)

• Public credit of Callen Archive via the stylist/publication channels

• Agreement to relevant fees due to stolen, lost, damaged, or other agreed-upon circumstances

• Loan terms must be agreed upon in writing before loan approval

Loan costs include, but are not limited to:

• Flat Rate Fitting Fees (required for all loans)

• Flat Rate or Daily Loan Fees (required depending on items requested and/or duration of loan)

• Coverage of all messenger service costs (required for all loans)

• Coverage of all shipping costs and liability shipping insurance (required for all loans)

• A credit card authorization form for associated fees is to be completed before shipment/pickup
